Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in finance and tax compliance.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws (TRA) and statutory compliance.
Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financial data.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial tasks.
Ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or GAAP.
Experience with payroll processing and associated regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
