Kijenge Animal Products Limited (KAPL) is an agro-processing manufacturing company contributing significantly to Tanzania's industrial and agricultural transformation. We are seeking a Chinese Language Interpreter to provide accurate and professional oral and written language support between KAPL employees and Chinese-speaking parties for meetings, negotiations, site visits, and documentation at short notice. The role requires bridging communication gaps to facilitate smooth business operations.
The successful candidate will translate written documents, facilitate real-time verbal communication in meetings, and assist management in liaising with Chinese suppliers. This is a critical role that demands high cultural awareness, absolute confidentiality, and a professional demeanor to maintain strong international business relationships.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Chinese Language, Translation, or Linguistics
HSK Level 5 or 6 proficiency
Minimum 2 years of professional interpretation experience
Strong written and verbal command of English and Swahili
Knowledge of import/export terminology
Willingness to travel for business engagements
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in cross-cultural communication
Valid international passport
