KAPL is seeking a diligent Accountant to join our finance team in Arusha. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial ledgers, ensuring strict adherence to Tanzanian tax laws, and supporting inventory control processes. You will play a vital role in the company's fiscal health by performing regular reconciliations and assisting with both internal and external audits.
This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP software. The candidate will manage statutory tax filings and provide financial insights to management, ensuring all records are compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years of financial accounting experience
Expert knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and TRA systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Professional integrity and high attention to detail
CPA (T) or ACCA qualification preferred
Experience in manufacturing cost accounting
Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities
