TECHNICIAN (CONSTRUCTION) @ KIFARU REAL ESTATE
Kifaru Real Estate is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician (Construction) to join our growing construction team in Dar es Salaam. As a professional in the construction industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our building projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing various technical tasks on-site, managing material usage effectively, and maintaining a safe working environment for all staff on-site. The successful candidate will work closely with site supervisors and engineers to ensure that project timelines are met consistently. This role involves frequent communication regarding work progress and requires a proactive approach to solving on-site challenges. Key Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction
At least 1-2 years site experience
Ability to read construction drawings and follow site schedules
Hardworking and disciplined attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to work under pressure
Flexibility to work on projects outside Dar es Salaam when required
Strong understanding of construction materials and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills for reporting progress
Commitment to maintaining high quality standards on-site
