FINANCE MANAGER @ KIBOKOGROUP
kibokogroup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and strategic planning at our office in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards within the FMCG sector. This role involves leading the finance team to optimize financial performance and provide actionable insights for sustainable business growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the Finance Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and navigating the complexities of the East African market. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to individuals who are available to join the team immediately.
Key Requirements
Professional qualification such as CA Inter, CA, or MBA in Finance.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in a finance management role.
Mandatory experience working within the East Africa region.
Proven track record and experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Strong expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Ability to join the organization immediately or within a very short notice period.
Proficiency in financial software packages and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a finance team.
In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
