FINANCE MANAGER @ KIBOKO GROUP
Kiboko Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing the company's fiscal operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights to support business growth and maintain compliance with local and international standards. The Finance Manager will lead the finance department, handling tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits. Candidates must possess significant experience in the East African market and be prepared to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment. Those who can join the company immediately will be given preference, as we look to strengthen our financial management team in the region.
Key Requirements
CA Inter, CA, or MBA in Finance.
8-10 years of professional experience in finance.
Mandatory experience working within East Africa.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage complex financial operations and teams.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to join immediately (preferred).
