SALES EXECUTIVE – BUILDING MATERIALS @ KIBOGATE TANZANIA LIMITED

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's range of building materials. The role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and market awareness. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market, building relationships with contractors and developers, and conducting market research to identify trends. The candidate will also be expected to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and negotiate contracts effectively to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strong experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and market research techniques.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable business deals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools.
In-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs within the Tanzanian construction sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Customer-focused approach with a results-driven professional mindset.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate market challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license may be required for field visits to developers and project sites.
