Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi is seeking to recruit a competent and motivated IT Personnel to support and manage the hotel's information technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of computer systems, ensuring that all hardware and software are functioning optimally to support the hotel's business objectives. This role is central to maintaining the technical integrity and operational efficiency of the hotel's various departments.
Key duties include installing and configuring network systems, providing timely technical support to staff, and maintaining a robust security posture to protect company data. The role also involves managing IT inventory, monitoring system performance, and recommending technology upgrades to enhance overall efficiency. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience in an IT support or systems role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and network systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues promptly.
Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in providing technical support and training to staff on system usage.
Proficiency in setting up workstations, network access, and managing user accounts.
Demonstrated ability to ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies.
Capability to maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and system updates.
Solid understanding of network protocols and infrastructure management.
