Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi is seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes including continental, Indian, Chinese, and local cuisine, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires an individual with a strong foundation in food production and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.The position demands a keen eye for detail and adherence to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Key Requirements
Should be male
Years 18 to 35
Education level Form Four plus Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Hotel Management or related field
Experience in cooking continental, Indian, Chinese and Local Food
Experience of the same field 1-2 years
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure effectively
