SOFT SERVICES SUPERVISOR (MALE) @ KHANSAHEB
We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor (Male) to manage the delivery of non-technical facility services across our project sites in the UAE. This position focuses on ensuring high standards of cleanliness, waste management, and overall facility hygiene. You will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, coordinating with pest control services, and overseeing landscaping activities to ensure the environment is pleasant and functional for all occupants.
The role requires a leader who can maintain strict service level agreements and handle client requests with professionalism. You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Key Requirements
Prior experience in soft services or hospitality management.
Strong leadership skills to manage large cleaning and service teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Experience in managing waste disposal and recycling programs.
Ability to conduct quality control inspections and audits.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in preparing service reports and managing schedules.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a facility setting.
Organized approach to inventory and stock management.
