MEP SUPERVISOR @ KHANSAHEB
The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations at our project sites in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires a professional who can ensure that all MEP services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and local codes. You will manage a team of multi-skilled technicians, schedule routine inspections, and oversee both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Candidates must demonstrate strong supervisory skills and a deep understanding of integrated building services. You will be the primary point of contact for MEP-related issues on-site and must be capable of providing technical guidance to your team. Key Requirements
Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Significant experience in supervising MEP works in large facilities.
In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes and electrical standards.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of technical staff.
Experience in conducting site inspections and quality audits.
Proficiency in reading electrical and plumbing diagrams.
Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and vendors.
Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
Problem-solving mindset for addressing technical system issues.
Ability to join the company immediately for project mobilization.
