As an HVAC Foreman at Khansaheb, you will lead a team of technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all cooling systems operate efficiently, especially given the climate of the UAE. You will be expected to supervise daily activities on-site, perform quality checks, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols while performing their duties.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in HVAC systems and the leadership skills necessary to drive a team toward excellence. You will be responsible for diagnosing system malfunctions and coordinating the necessary repairs or parts replacements. Immediate availability is a significant advantage as we scale up operations for our new facility management projects in the region.

Key Requirements
Certified technical diploma or vocational training in HVAC systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
Proven leadership experience in a foreman or team lead capacity.
In-depth knowledge of various air conditioning and cooling units.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong focus on occupational health and safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for HVAC failures.
Good organizational skills to manage spare parts and tools inventory.
Fluency in English for effective team communication.
Immediate availability to start work in the United Arab Emirates.
