FACILITY ENGINEER @ KHANSAHEB
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Engineer to join our dynamic Facilities Management team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing the technical operations of a large-scale facility, ensuring that all engineering systems such as HVAC, MEP, and electrical infrastructures are maintained to the highest industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing technical staff, and ensuring compliance with all local health and safety regulations while optimizing building performance.
Candidates should possess a strong background in facility engineering and have a proven track record of handling complex building systems. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position as we are preparing for an upcoming major project. You will work closely with other department heads to implement preventive maintenance strategies and manage emergency repairs effectively, contributing to the overall success and longevity of the infrastructure under our care.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Extensive experience in facility management within the UAE region.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and electrical building systems.
Proficiency in using CAD software and FM maintenance management tools.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals.
Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Immediate availability to join the organization for upcoming projects.
