HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE (HCV) AND TIPPER DRIVER @ KENYA CCRBC
The expansion of the Rironi-Nakuru-Mau Summit Highway requires the expertise of Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) and Tipper Drivers to manage the transportation of materials and equipment across the project sites. This role is vital for the logistics and supply chain efficiency of the highway development, ensuring that earthworks and paving materials are delivered on time to various sections along the A8 route. Drivers will be responsible for operating large vehicles safely in a high-traffic construction environment, adhering to all traffic laws and project-specific safety protocols. The project covers a vast area from Rironi to Mau Summit, and drivers should be comfortable navigating diverse terrains along this corridor. Successful candidates will work closely with site supervisors and technical teams to maintain a steady workflow. Key Requirements
Valid National Identity Card or Passport
Valid Driving License with Class CE endorsement for heavy trucks
Valid Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN
Evidence of NHIF registration and membership
Evidence of NSSF registration and membership
Proven experience in driving heavy commercial vehicles or tippers
Physical fitness to handle long hours of driving in a construction setting
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
Comprehensive knowledge of Kenyan traffic rules and road safety
Strong communication skills and ability to follow site directions
