CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST (MASONS, STEEL FIXERS, AND WELDERS) @ KENYA CCRBC
Our construction team for the Rironi-Nakuru-Mau Summit Highway project is seeking experienced Masons, Steel Fixers, Welders, and Concrete Workers. These specialists are the backbone of the structural work required for bridges, culverts, and other concrete structures along the highway. As part of our technical labor force, you will be tasked with interpreting basic structural plans and executing work with precision and durability. The project aims to deliver world-class infrastructure, and your craftsmanship will ensure the longevity and safety of the highway. Work locations are distributed across the project route, spanning from Rironi through to Mau Summit, providing local residents with the chance to work close to home. These roles require a high level of technical skill and the ability to collaborate effectively with other site personnel. Key Requirements
Valid National Identity Card or Passport
Technical certifications from NITA or NCA in relevant trades
Demonstrated experience in masonry, steel fixing, or welding
Valid Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN
Evidence of NHIF registration and membership
Evidence of NSSF registration and membership
Capability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
Physical strength and stamina for demanding construction work
Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
Ability to work effectively within a team of diverse specialists
