Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is considered a significant added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years’ senior management experience specifically in luxury or 5-star hotel operations.
Proven track record in multi-property or group hotel management is essential.
Strong leadership and visionary skills with the ability to mentor executive teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven ability to manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Extensive experience with international hospitality standards and globally recognized brands.
Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and service delivery standards.
Expertise in developing and implementing revenue optimization and growth strategies.
