The After Sales Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily after-sales service functions across multiple locations in Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, and Onitsha. The role involves leading a dedicated team of support staff and technicians to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues. The manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for operational improvement to enhance service delivery standards. In addition to team leadership, the candidate will manage warranty claims, oversee spare parts inventory, and coordinate service logistics. Strong proficiency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Office is essential for preparing detailed performance reports for management. The ideal candidate will possess a background in engineering or business administration and demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced service environment.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
