TERRITORY SALES MANAGER @ KEEWAYTZ
Keewaytz is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to specific territories to achieve and surpass revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying new customer opportunities while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct regular site visits and deliver compelling presentations to distributors, dealers, and retailers. Key tasks include monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms of sale. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to guide business decisions. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential to support promotional activities and ensure brand alignment across the territory. The role offers the flexibility of working in any region within Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–3 years of sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.
Proficiency in identifying and acquiring new business accounts.
Strong analytical skills for market trends and competitor activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer visits.
Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like marketing and product development.
