Keewaytz is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. We are specifically looking for a female candidate who has a proven track record within the banking or telecommunications sectors in Tanzania. The ideal applicant should have previously worked with or currently be engaged with major institutions such as CRDB, NMB, Airtel, Vodacom, or Tigo, bringing deep industry insights and a robust network to the role.
The successful candidate must be aged 28 years or older and possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in sales and marketing. This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for a results-driven individual who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for developing market strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within these competitive industries. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Proven work experience in the Banking industry (e.g., CRDB, NMB).
Proven work experience in the Telecommunication industry (e.g., Airtel, Vodacom, Tigo).
Age must be 28 years or older.
Must be a female candidate (as per the specific request).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili and English.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.
Deep understanding of the Tanzanian market dynamics in finance and telco.
