Keewaytz is seeking a highly organized and professional female candidate to fill the role of CEO Executive Assistant at our Dar es Salaam workstation. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or Public Relations.
2-3 years of proven working experience, specifically within the Financial Industry (e.g., NMB, CRDB, TCB, or Microfinance).
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and executive schedules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with professional presentation abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of training methods and modern learning principles for corporate environments.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Experience in drafting executive-level reports, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-level stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
