A reputable firm is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of construction sites, ensuring all projects are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and overseeing the overall project execution process from initiation to handover.
Candidates will be expected to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery. The position requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals. The salary offered for this position ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month, with additional benefits provided in accordance with the UAE Labor Law. The primary work location for this role is Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer within the UAE.
Proven expertise in Site Supervision and monitoring daily construction activities.
Strong experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation and estimation.
In-depth knowledge of Project Execution workflows and site management.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Familiarity with UAE building laws, regulations, and authority approvals.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address site challenges.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred for site visits.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
