SECURITY SUPERVISOR / FIELD OFFICER @ KEBOGUARD
KEBOGUARD Security Co. Ltd is looking for a proactive Security Supervisor / Field Officer to oversee and support security guards across various assigned locations. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication between management and the security team. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, assessing performance, and reporting incidents, challenges, and client feedback. The officer will also be responsible for enforcing company procedures, maintaining discipline, and upholding professional standards among guards. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring guards on security protocols and safeguarding company equipment and assets. Daily inspection reports must be prepared and submitted.
Key Requirements
Form Four education or higher
JKT, Mgambo, or Reserve Force training certificate
At least 2 years' experience in a security company
Good communication skills in both Kiswahili and English
Ability to ride a motorcycle and drive a vehicle
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Valid NIDA ID and local government introduction letter
Minimum height of 6 feet
Supervisory experience
Physical fitness for field duties
