GUARDS CONTROL ROOM STAFF @ KEBOGUARD
KEBOGUARD Security Co. Ltd is seeking dedicated Guards Control Room Staff to manage and coordinate security operations. This role involves preparing and managing guard duty schedules, monitoring attendance, and conducting regular communication checks with security personnel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating emergency responses, monitoring CCTV systems for suspicious activities, and maintaining accurate records of incidents, communications, and vehicle movements. Furthermore, the role requires reporting alarm activations and security incidents to supervisors and performing various administrative duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Form Six education or higher
JKT, Mgambo, or Reserve Force training certificate
Minimum 2 years' experience in security operations
Good written and spoken English
Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid NIDA ID and local government introduction letter
Minimum height of 6 feet
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Attention to detail in record keeping
