PROJECT OFFICER - SRHR @ KAZICONNECT
KAZICONNECT is currently seeking a dedicated Project Officer specializing in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) to join our professional team in Dodoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of reproductive health initiatives, ensuring that all program activities align with organizational goals and international standards.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about health equity and community development. You will work closely with local stakeholders, health providers, and community members to improve access to essential health services, monitor program outcomes, and contribute to the broader mission of KAZICONNECT in improving health conditions across the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sociology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in SRHR programming.
Strong understanding of national health policies and regulations.
Proficiency in project planning and resource allocation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated competence in data collection and reporting.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
