MONITORING AND LEARNING (MEAL) OFFICER @ KAZICONNECT
KAZICONNECT is hiring a Monitoring and Evaluation (MEAL) Officer to be based in our Dodoma office. This position is critical for our operations, as you will be tasked with designing and implementing robust monitoring systems to track program performance, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure accountability to our beneficiaries.
You will lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, providing actionable insights to the management team to guide programmatic improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and a proven track record of maintaining high standards of data integrity in health-related sectors.

Key Requirements
Degree in Statistics, Economics, or Development Studies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL roles.
Expertise in data collection tools such as KoboToolbox or ODK.
Strong skills in statistical software like SPSS, Stata, or R.
Knowledge of logical frameworks and theory of change.
Experience in designing monitoring tools and dashboards.
Ability to conduct field assessments and surveys.
Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Capacity to travel to project sites as needed.
