KaziBora is seeking an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a dynamic logistics and freight forwarding client based in Dar es Salaam. The company provides a comprehensive range of services including air, ocean, and road freight, customs clearance, and project logistics solutions. This role is central to connecting businesses across regional and global markets through efficient supply chain management and reliable, customer-focused service delivery. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics and transport activities, leading operational teams, and driving business growth. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of operations management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations
Proficiency in managing air, ocean, and road freight services
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance procedures
Ability to lead and develop high-performing operational teams
Skills in optimizing costs and improving process efficiency
Strong understanding of industry regulatory standards
Excellent strategic planning and project logistics capabilities
