MARKETING EXECUTIVE OFFICER @ KAZIBORA
KaziBora is recruiting a Marketing Executive Officer for a client that is a subsidiary of the world's largest independent lubricant manufacturing company. The role focuses on delivering innovative lubricant solutions and strengthening brand visibility across diverse industries in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and coordinating promotional activities such as rally events to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. The position involves executing marketing activation campaigns, managing promotional merchandise, and monitoring digital performance. The ideal candidate will provide support for brand awareness initiatives and respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to ensure that marketing projects are completed efficiently and align with the company's commitment to quality, innovation, and performance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or social media management
Strong content creation and digital marketing skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and management abilities
Experience with event management is an added advantage
Familiarity with the motorsport or racing industry is a plus
Ability to manage and grow multiple social media platforms simultaneously
Proficiency in procuring and managing marketing materials and merchandise
Strong analytical skills to monitor social media performance metrics
Proactive approach to customer inquiry management and engagement
