WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - MANUFACTURING @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY

This role is instrumental in supporting the Warehouse Manager by overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for directing warehouse personnel, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring the proper organization and storage of goods.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
