You will oversee the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring that all transportation activities align with corporate safety and quality standards.
As the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for fleet maintenance, route optimization, and driver management. You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with national transport regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle pressure, manage costs effectively, and ensure that the fleet is utilized to its maximum capacity.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or logistics management.
Expert knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking software.
Strong understanding of national road safety regulations and compliance.
Proven experience in cost control and budget management for large fleets.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and coordinate large driver teams.
Ability to optimize routes to reduce fuel consumption and lead times.
Experience working within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling transit disruptions.
Proficient in technical report writing and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant engineering field.
