TECHNICAL ENGINEER – BEVERAGE INDUSTRY @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
As a Technical Engineer in the Beverage Industry, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of production, maintenance, and process improvement within beverage manufacturing facilities. This includes overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and enhancing production output. This position requires a deep understanding of beverage processing technologies, including filling, packaging, and sterilization systems. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement preventative maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure that all technical operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, contributing to the overall success of the production line.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum X years of experience in the beverage manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of beverage production processes and equipment.
Experience with plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Project management experience is a plus.
