TECHNICAL ENGINEER - BEVERAGE INDUSTRY @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
The Technical Engineer in the Beverage Industry will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations, maintenance, and improvement of production lines. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning of machinery, diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing production processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with production teams, managing technical projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This position requires a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the dynamic environment of the beverage manufacturing sector, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in a technical engineering role within the beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
Experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
