Kazibora HR Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join one of their leading client organizations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to local tax regulations, identifying opportunities for tax optimization, and managing tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing expert tax advice to management, and staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. The Tax Manager will also be instrumental in developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies to support the company's financial objectives and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all tax-related information.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with tax software and accounting systems
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
