A leading client, represented by Kazibora HR Consultancy, is seeking a diligent Senior Tax Associate to join their team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is crucial for supporting the tax department in various tax compliance and advisory activities. The Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax returns, assisting with tax planning initiatives, and conducting tax research to ensure compliance with local tax laws.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
Understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and regulations
Ability to prepare and review various tax returns accurately
Strong research and analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Working towards professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or similar)
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality
