Key Requirements
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 8 years of HR management experience
Expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing personnel
Strong leadership experience in a senior management capacity
Expert knowledge of labor law compliance and collective bargaining
Experience with organizational culture transformation
Exceptional negotiation and change management skills
Track record of designing talent development programs
Strong analytical skills for HR metrics reporting
