The company is seeking an experienced Chinese Sales & Marketing Executive to expand market presence, develop business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships in Tanzania. This role involves driving growth, managing client relationships, and representing the brand in a competitive industrial landscape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic sales initiatives, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with internal production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The company provides a competitive compensation package of USD 2,000 net, subject to experience, along with flight support and work permit assistance to facilitate a smooth transition for the right candidate.

Key Requirements
Must be a Chinese candidate with relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the steel industry.
Strong knowledge of steel products, building materials, and industrial markets.
Proven ability in customer relationship management, business development, and sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
Ability to adapt to the Tanzanian market landscape.
