Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in lubricants or a related technical field
Strong engineering background or technical expertise in lubricants
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and propose solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Track record of achieving sales objectives and building client trust
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
Proficiency in CRM software and technical presentation tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits
