QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs and financial aspects of building and civil engineering projects. This includes preparing tender and contract documents, undertaking cost analysis for project work, and assisting in establishing a client's requirements. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the required financial standards, playing a crucial part in the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with local building regulations.
