MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - POULTRY FARM @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
The Maintenance Technician for a Poultry Farm will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of all farm equipment, facilities, and machinery. This role involves conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and promptly addressing any repairs or breakdowns to maintain efficient farm operations. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in an agricultural or poultry farm setting.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Effective communication skills.
Relevant technical certification or vocational training.
