LOGISTICS MANAGER - MANUFACTURING @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
Kazibora HR Consultancy, on behalf of its clients, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process within a manufacturing environment. This pivotal role involves managing the flow of goods from raw materials to finished products, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust logistics strategies that support production goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze data and optimize logistics processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors and internal teams
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve cost savings in logistics
Experience with international shipping and customs regulations
