Kazibora HR Consultancy is searching for a Human Resource Manager for a client in the steel industry. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. You will be expected to foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company regulations.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with the business goals of the steel manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between management and the workforce, addressing grievances, managing payroll, and driving employee engagement efforts to retain top talent in a demanding industrial environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years HR management experience in an industrial setting
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws
Experience with payroll administration
Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Proven ability to manage performance appraisals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling industrial workforce relations
