Kazibora HR Consultancy is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to support the human resources functions of its logistics-focused clients. The HR Manager will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization, ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives. This role encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, providing guidance and support to management and employees on all HR-related matters. They will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to all labor laws. Key Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Tanzania.
Excellent skills in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
Conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Training and development program design.
Payroll and compensation management knowledge.
