DISPATCH/TRANSPORT MANAGER - LOGISTICS @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
The Dispatch/Transport Manager - Logistics will be responsible for overseeing all dispatch and transportation activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Key Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in dispatch or transport management within the logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of transportation planning, scheduling, and route optimization.
Ability to effectively manage a team of dispatchers and drivers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers and clients.
Proficiency in dispatch software and tracking systems.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues promptly.
