ACCOUNTANT @ KAZIBORA HR CONSULTANCY
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant for one of Kazibora HR Consultancy's valued clients located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is fundamental to the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely financial reporting. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, and assisting with financial statement preparation.
Key duties also include performing bank reconciliations, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative finance team. Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or IFRS
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professional ethics
