Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience maintaining heavy-duty trucks.
Strong diagnostic and advanced troubleshooting skills for mechanical faults.
Extensive hands-on experience working with diesel engines and related truck components.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborative workshop success.
In-depth knowledge of brake systems, suspension, steering, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints for repair procedures.
Commitment to workplace safety standards and occupational health regulations.
Experience in mentoring or supervising junior technicians or workshop apprentices.
