The Social Media Handler will be the voice of the client’s brand across various digital platforms, focusing on building community engagement and brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. This includes monitoring trends and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive online presence.
You will also be required to track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of different campaigns. By using these insights, you will refine strategies to improve reach and interaction rates. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams is essential to ensure that social media efforts align with broader company goals and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.

Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
Expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Ability to interpret analytics and generate performance reports.
Creative thinking for developing viral or engaging campaigns.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally on social channels.
