SITE ENGINEER @ KAZI CONNECT
Kazi Connect is currently seeking a professional Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities across multiple locations in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves significant field work and requires a proactive individual capable of coordinating with various stakeholders and technical teams.
Work locations for this position include Dar es Salaam and Kigoma. You will be expected to supervise site personnel, interpret technical drawings, and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading organizations and contribute to significant infrastructure development across the country. Key responsibilities include site inspections, material management, and reporting on project progress to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on-site.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities for team management.
Willingness to travel or relocate to Dar es Salaam or Kigoma.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Registration with relevant professional engineering bodies in Tanzania.
