We are seeking a versatile IT and Data Support professional to maintain our technical infrastructure and assist with data-driven operations. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the integrity of our data systems. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and technological stability.
In addition to technical support, you will be involved in data analysis and reporting. You will help manage databases and ensure that information is accurately stored and easily accessible. The position requires a candidate who is technically proficient, service-oriented, and capable of adapting to new technologies quickly.

Key Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in providing technical support and helpdesk services.
Knowledge of network protocols and server management.
Proficiency in database management systems and SQL.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong analytical skills for data processing and reporting.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred.
