We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Creator Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and manage social media channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. You will produce videos, graphics, and written content that drive engagement and growth. Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven portfolio of digital content creation including video and graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Swahili.
Experience with SEO and digital analytics tools.
Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas.
Strong time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of photography and videography equipment operations.
