KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN @ KATRINA
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team in Dubai, specifically located in DIP 2. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of bakery and commercial kitchen equipment. Your primary objective will be to keep operations running smoothly while ensuring strict adherence to safety compliance standards. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to identify issues early and perform both reactive repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with industrial-grade machinery such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and other essential kitchen tools. You must possess strong problem-solving skills to diagnose technical faults quickly and efficiently. Key Requirements
2+ years in kitchen equipment maintenance
Technical certification/diploma (HVAC or related)
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of commercial kitchen safety
UAE-based or willing to relocate
Driving license preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Experience in repairing commercial ovens and mixers
Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and gas appliances
