We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team in Dubai at the DIP 2 facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of bakery and commercial kitchen equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly without interruption, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
In this role, you will perform routine inspections and emergency repairs on various appliances. You must demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and problem-solving ability to diagnose issues quickly. By ensuring safety compliance and maintaining the longevity of our equipment, you will play a crucial role in our culinary success and operational continuity.

Key Requirements
2+ years in kitchen equipment maintenance
Technical certification or diploma (HVAC or related field)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen safety standards
Must be UAE-based or willing to relocate to Dubai
Valid driving license is highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Experience with both electrical and gas-powered kitchen appliances
Proficiency in using professional hand and power tools for repairs
Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in kitchen environments
